This position offers a base wage and commission structure.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, to meet individual client needs.</li><li>Utilize salon management software like Boulevard to schedule appointments, update client records, and process retail sales efficiently.</li><li>Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment in compliance with health regulations.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and new techniques to continually elevate your skills and service offerings.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring they feel valued and confident in their treatments.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Med Spa experience required</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.</li><li>Commitment to sanitation standards to ensure a safe treatment environment.</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
