This position entails working in a fast-paced environment and closing sales on new and used vehicles. A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to help customers find the vehicle that best meets their needs, as well as regular attendance and punctuality. Experience isn't necessary, but it is a plus. Pay is based on a competitive commission plan with built-in bonuses.
