We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented <b>Quality Analyst </b>with hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications within an IT service environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by performing manual and/or automated testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product performance and reliability.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.</li><li>
Perform functional, regression, and usability testing across multiple platforms</li><li>
Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools.</li><li>
Work closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues and verify fixes.</li><li>
Ensure software meets quality, usability, and performance standards before release.</li><li>
Participate in QA process improvements and best practice implementation.</li><li>
Conduct compatibility and cross-browser testing for web projects.</li><li>
Collaborate in Agile development cycles and maintain test documentation.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Required Skill
</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of QA experience in an IT services or digital agency environment.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.</li><li>
Experience in testing web applications (CMS, eCommerce, custom platforms).</li><li>
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.</li><li>
Understanding of APIs and database testing is a plus.</li><li>
Experience in scripting and programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.</li><li>
Good understanding of databases and SQL queries for validating back-end data.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of automation testing tools will be an added advantage.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
