</b></h5><ul><li><div><b>WordPress Website Design &amp; Development:</b> Design and develop custom WordPress themes and templates, ensuring high-quality design, functionality, and seamless integration with plugins and other tools.
</div></li><li><div><b>UI/UX Design:</b> Create visually appealing and intuitive web designs with a focus on user experience (UX), ensuring a mobile-first and responsive design for all screen sizes and devices.
</div></li><li><div><b>Custom Theme and Plugin Development:</b> Develop and implement custom themes, templates, and plugins, modifying existing ones as needed to meet project requirements.
</div></li><li><div><b>Content Management:</b> Work with content teams to structure and format content, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually consistent, and aligned with SEO best practices.
</div></li><li><div><b>Website Optimization:</b> Ensure that all websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and performance. Troubleshoot any design, functionality, or performance issues.
 </div></li><li><b>Responsive Design:</b> Ensure WordPress sites are fully responsive and provide seamless experiences across all devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
 </li><li><b>Plugin &amp; Widget Integration:</b> Integrate third-party plugins and widgets to enhance functionality (forms, e-commerce, social media, etc.).
 </li><li><b>Version Control &amp; Updates:</b> Maintain website security by regularly updating WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
 </li><li><b>Cross-Browser Compatibility:</b> Test websites across various browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues.
 </li><li><b>Client Communication:</b> Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders, provide updates, and training if needed.
 </li><li><b>Troubleshooting &amp; Maintenance:</b> Provide ongoing website support, addressing issues and applying updates or upgrades.
 </li><li><b>SEO Best Practices:</b> Ensure on-page SEO, proper use of meta tags, and clean code to improve search rankings.
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications:</b></h5>
 <ul><li>Proven experience as a Web Designer and WordPress Developer, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to design and develop WordPress websites.
 </li><li>Strong proficiency in WordPress, including theme development, plugin customization, and site management.
 </li><li>Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
 </li><li>Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation) and WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
 </li><li>Hands-on experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development using PHP.
 </li><li>Familiarity with widely used plugins such as Yoast SEO, WooCommerce, Contact Form 7.
 </li><li>Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience building mobile-first websites.
 </li><li>Strong understanding of web design principles, including typography, color theory, grid systems, and UI/UX design.
 </li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize WordPress websites for better rankings.
 </li><li>Experience with version control tools such as Git for code management.
 </li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
 </li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 </li><li>Basic knowledge of website security best practices.

 </li><li>Knowledge of web hosting environments and basic server administration (e.g., cPanel, FTP).
