Job Description &ndash; Accounts Assistant (2+ Years Experience)Role Objective: The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end accounting operations with strong focus on statutory compliance, receivables management, and payroll accounting. The role requires thorough knowledge of Accounting, GST &amp; TDS processes, excellent coordination between clients and management, and hands-on expertise in Tally Prime for accurate record-keeping and reporting.Key Responsibilities (Technical Scope):Sales Invoicing &amp; E-Invoicing<ul><li>Prepare and manage Sales Invoices and Proforma Invoices.</li></ul><ul><li>Generate and validate E-Invoices as per GST requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure accuracy of GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, and tax calculations.</li></ul>Client Coordination &amp; Receivables Management<ul><li>Maintain powerful and effective coordination between clients and management for receivables follow-ups.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle reconciliation of outstanding receivables, GST, and TDS-related dues.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and share detailed aging reports and MIS on outstanding payments.</li></ul>TDS Compliance<ul><li>Manage TDS deduction, recording, and payment for vendor transactions.</li></ul><ul><li>Reconcile TDS deducted and deposited with challans.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in TDS return filing and compliance.</li></ul>GST Compliance &amp; Portal Handling<ul><li>File monthly and quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) on the GST portal.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform GST reconciliation of outward and inward supplies.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle GST mismatches, compliance documentation, and audit support.</li></ul>Payroll Accounting<ul><li>Record payroll-related entries including salaries, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and reimbursements.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure payroll entries are accurate and reconciled with bank payments.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain proper documentation for payroll compliance.</li></ul>Record Keeping &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain organized accounting records, ledgers, and vouchers.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all records are audit-ready and properly filed (digital &amp; physical).</li></ul><ul><li>Manage documentation for statutory compliance and management reporting.</li></ul>Tally Prime &amp; Accounting Functions<ul><li>Record all accounting transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, bank, payroll).</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain ledgers and reconcile balances periodically.</li></ul><ul><li>Generate financial reports and MIS using Tally Prime.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) with minimum 2+ years of accounting experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Thorough knowledge of Accounting, GST, and TDS compliance.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (Pivot, MIS Reporting).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of basic payroll entries and statutory payroll deductions.</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional coordination skills to manage client interactions and internal communication.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to perform accurate reconciliations for receivables, GST, TDS, and payroll.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
