Requirement Gathering &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Participate in requirement discussions with business stakeholders and internal teams.</li><li>Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Support impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and integrations.</li><li>Understand system constraints, dependencies, and basic technical feasibility.</li></ul>2. Research &amp; Learning (R&amp;D Support)<ul><li>Research new tools, technologies, and industry best practices under guidance.</li><li>Assist in evaluating solution options and preparing comparison notes.</li><li>Support POC activities and document findings.</li><li>Work closely with development teams to understand different technical approaches.</li></ul>3. Technical Understanding &amp; Solution Support<ul><li>Gain understanding of API specifications, request/response formats, and integration flows.</li><li>Assist in documenting system flows, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams.</li><li>Support developers by clarifying functional requirements and use cases.</li><li>Review technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.</li></ul>4. Stakeholder &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams for requirement clarification.</li><li>Participate in walkthroughs and review sessions to ensure understanding of requirements.</li><li>Track and communicate changes or updates in requirements.</li></ul>5. Functional Support &amp; UAT<ul><li>Support QA team in validating test cases against requirements.</li><li>Assist in defect analysis and coordinate fixes with development teams.</li><li>Participate in UAT execution and help collect business feedback.</li><li>Provide basic post-production support and assist in incident documentation.</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Process Support<ul><li>Maintain requirement documents, change logs, and meeting notes in Confluence or similar tools.</li><li>Follow defined processes and support continuous documentation improvements.</li></ul>Skills Required (1&ndash;2 Years)<ul><li>Basic to intermediate experience in requirement analysis and functional documentation.</li><li>Understanding of API integrations, JSON/XML formats, and backend workflows.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to tools such as Confluence, Postman, Swagger, Figma, and basic SQL.</li><li>Ability to read architecture diagrams and understand databases and cloud concepts.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Clear verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹303,714.63 - ₹500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
