1. Marketing System Ownership</b></div><br>

Build and maintain a quarterly marketing calendar<br>

Own channel planning for LinkedIn, website, email, webinars, and partners<br>
</li><li>
Create repeatable campaign frameworks and SOPs<br>
</li><li>
Ensure consistent execution without follow ups</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
2. Content &amp; Authority Engine</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
Build founder led and solution led content<br>
</li><li>
Work with designers, writers, and video editors to produce content<br>
</li><li>
Repurpose content across platforms<br>
</li><li>
Ensure messaging consistency across sales and marketing</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
3. Social Media &amp; Awareness</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
Own organic social growth, primarily LinkedIn<br>
</li><li>
Plan and execute weekly content<br>
</li><li>
Track reach, engagement, clicks, and leads<br>
</li><li>
Continuously test and improve formats</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
4. Demand Generation &amp; Campaigns</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
Plan and execute webinars, partner campaigns, and co marketing initiatives<br>
</li><li>
Coordinate end to end execution including follow ups<br>
</li><li>
Work closely with sales to align messaging and lead flow</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
5. Performance Tracking</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
Track weekly and monthly performance metrics<br>
</li><li>
Build simple dashboards and reports<br>
</li><li>
Identify what to scale, what to fix, and what to stop<br>
</li><li>
Focus on outcomes, not vanity metrics</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
6. Team &amp; Vendor Coordination</b></div><br>
<ul><li>
Brief and manage designers, content creators, and agencies<br>
</li><li>
Ensure timely delivery and quality control<br>
</li><li>

Requirements</b></h3><div><b>
Preferred candidate profile</b></div><br>

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing execution<br>
</li><li>
Experience in B2B, SaaS, tech, or startup environments<br>
</li><li>
Strong understanding of content marketing and organic growth<br>
</li><li>
Experience running campaigns end to end<br>
</li><li>
Comfortable using AI tools for content and productivity<br>
</li><li>
