The Safety Manager oversees the health and safety program at the assigned WebstaurantStore location. This role will tacitly deploy the organization's EHS management system and overall strategy to drive continuous improvements. Train, develop, and empower employees to ensure high employee engagement and a positive safety culture. This position maintains extensive knowledge of the various operations protocols, EHS risks, and identifies areas for improved efficiencies. The Safety Manager supervises all Safety employees.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Operational</b></p><ul><li>
Implement and sustain company&ndash;wide strategy to support EHS Management System, programs, goals at assigned facilities</li><li>
Manage EHS risk through proactive analysis and use of injury prevention tools. Partner with assigned facility to create/maintain written injury prevention plans necessary to drive improvements</li><li>
Assist with the development and administration of companywide EHS initiatives, programs, and training as requested</li><li>
Lead Incident Investigation efforts ensuring root cause and sustainable corrective action is identified</li><li>
Maintain, develop, and update safety training programs, policies, and procedures. Provide training to employees and maintain records</li><li>

In this role, you&rsquo;ll work across teams to plan, run, and analyze A/B tests&mdash;from initial concept to launch&mdash;to guide key website optimization decisions.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h2><p>
The CRO Analyst&rsquo;s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>
Partner with various teams&mdash;design, development, and external stakeholders&mdash;to coordinate testing initiatives from ideation through goal definition, implementation, and analysis.</li><li>
Plan, prioritize, and execute A/B tests across e-commerce experiences, including product detail pages, category pages, checkout, and navigation elements.</li><li>
Conduct acceptance testing to validate experiment functionality.</li><li>
Submit and manage tracking requests to ensure data is captured accurately.</li><li>
Build dashboards to monitor active tests and track performance metrics such as conversion rate, funnel progression, and on-page interactions.</li><li>
