Position Title: L1 Support Engineer &ndash; Onsite Web Application Support Location: Noida Work Type: Full-Time, Onsite Reporting To: Project ManagerRole Objective:To provide continuous on-site Level 1 technical and functional support for the NTPC Website, ensuring optimal availability and performance in collaboration with the off-site support team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver real-time Level 1 technical support for the NTPC website and related modules.</li><li>Perform functional issue logging, first-level troubleshooting, and user coordination.</li><li>Escalate unresolved technical issues to the off-site Level 2/3 support team as needed.</li><li>Ensure maximum uptime of the website and assist in routine performance checks.</li><li>Maintain activity logs, incident reports, and coordinate during maintenance schedules.</li><li>Comply with internal policies, security standards, and data protection protocols.</li><li>He/She will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and coordination of NTPC website.</li><li>He/She must also be adept in Hindi typing if required.
