The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various technical roles. She will play a key role in building a strong tech talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth hiring process for the company.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand client or internal requirements for IT roles and create job postings.</li><li>Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, campus drives, etc.).</li><li>Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical panels for further rounds.</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate database in ATS/HRMS.</li><li>Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.</li><li>Stay updated with current IT trends, technologies, and market salary benchmarks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, IT, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or corporate).</li><li>Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job market trends.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, and social networking sites.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with bulk IT hiring &amp; niche tech positions.</li><li>Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.</li><li>Good negotiation and convincing skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
