You'll collaborate with operations, construction, and executive leadership teams to bring venue enhancement projects to life&mdash;from concept development and FF&amp;E selection to procurement and installation. What You'll Do</b></p><p>
As a key member of our Facilities &amp; Construction team, you'll help lead venue enhancement projects from concept through completion while collaborating with operations, construction, and executive leadership teams.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities include:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Develop design concepts, finish palettes, and FF&amp;E packages for venue renovations and enhancements</li><li>
Select and specify furniture, fixtures, lighting, d&eacute;cor, artwork, and specialty furnishings</li><li>
Create cohesive design solutions that align with brand standards while reflecting the unique character of each venue</li><li>
Manage procurement activities including vendor sourcing, purchasing, tracking, and installation coordination</li><li>
Partner with architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants throughout project execution</li><li>
Produce renderings, presentations, mood boards, and project documentation</li><li>
Maintain finish schedules, material libraries, and design standards across the portfolio</li><li>
Research and incorporate emerging hospitality, wedding, lifestyle, and experiential design trends</li><li>
Support venue teams with furnishing replacement recommendations and ongoing design guidance</li><li>
Travel periodically to venues nationwide for project planning, installations, and site evaluations</li></ul></div><p><b>
What We're Looking For</b></p><div><ul><li>
7+ years of professional interior design experience</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality, commercial, retail, restaurant, experiential, lifestyle, or other guest-focused environments</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field</li><li>
Expertise in FF&amp;E specification, procurement, and vendor management</li><li>
Strong understanding of space planning, design composition, and customer-centered environments</li><li>
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>
Experience balancing aesthetics, durability, operational needs, and project budgets</li><li>
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li></ul></div><p><b>
