About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Sr. Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating and delivering effective new user and community building initiatives that target the Mexican community. In this role, you will need to develop a marketing strategy that covers user acquisition, user retention, and improving user experience. You will be collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams to develop best-in-class online and offline marketing efforts via organic social, paid media, and community/messaging marketing channels. You will be responsible for owning the Mexican new user and digital community strategy and execution, running various ongoing and seasonal marketing campaigns and partnering with Category Buyers to curate products that engage the Mexican audience.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Identify target audiences, positioning and messaging to communicate value proposition of the platform across offline and online channels</li>
<li>Enhance social media presence by cultivating owned media channel to drive awareness, create online communities and fuels lead generations by developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Own paid media strategies to drive eCommerce new user acquisition, including managing online-to-offline initiatives and app acquisition campaigns</li>
<li>Produce impactful content independently or in collaboration with other teams/agencies; leverage AI tools to research trends, ideas and optimize creative output</li>
<li>Support execution of a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company's goals and strategy identified by the Market leader</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders from teams like merchandising, product, design in creating brand awareness</li>
<li>Track the weekly campaign performance to understand trends and identify opportunities, forecast channel performance to support the development of future marketing strategies</li>
</ul>
Key Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of work experience in marketing (social media marketing, lifecycle marketing, influencer marketing, campaign management, etc.)</li>
<li>Fluent in English &amp; Spanish (Mexican Dialect) with a strong understanding of native Mexican culture and food.</li>
<li>Strong marketing fundamentals in terms of user journey/funnel, omni-channel campaign planning, as well as user acquisition</li>
<li>Experience in designing and creating content and creatives to engage with the audience and align brand messaging across media channels (layouting, photo, and video editing)</li>
<li>Experience leveraging AI tools for creative outputs such as research, text, imagery, and video.</li>
<li>Experience optimizing digital marketing channels to achieve sales and acquisition metrics (e.g. cost per order/new customer)</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret user behavior, campaign performance, and engagement metrics to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with experience shaping marketing strategy, guiding execution across multiple channels, and influencing cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Cross-functional team player who is able to communicate their needs, while always putting the business first.</li>
<li>Self-starting, scrappy and resourceful work ethic rooted in integrity.</li>
<li>Well-organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Experience in food &amp; beverage industries preferred</li>
<li>Work experience in B2C, eCommerce, CPG, and/or F&amp;B preferred</li>

Compensation Range
<ul>
<li>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $78,500 - $92,500</li>
<li>This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits</li>
<li>Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location</li>
</ul>

About the role

As a Regional Buyer II, you will be responsible for planning and replenishing items based on sales history and forecasts to satisfy customer demand in the Tampa region.You will source the local's favorite produce for our customers. You will have the opportunity to flex your negotiation and strategic planning skills to drive the growth and success of our produce category. Your job is to bring the &quot;art&quot; to the &quot;science&quot; &ndash; using your intuition and expertise fueled by data, analytics, and, above all, a passion for helping our customers get high-quality produce and live better. 


Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Regional Merchandising Manager to define and drive purchase&#8209;order strategies aligned with overarching business goals</li>
<li>Assess inventory levels, logistics timelines, and supply chain constraints to maintain optimal product availability while minimizing stock&#8209;out and overstock risk</li>
<li>Develop &amp; execute a forward&#8209;looking promotional and inventory flow plan, leveraging industry seasonality, vendor supply dynamics, and market insights</li>
<li>Build and nurture strategic vendor partnerships to secure improved terms, consistency in quality, and reliable service delivery; oversee vendor performance at a regional/local level</li>
<li>Use deep customer insights, including preference data and trend forecasting, to source standout products that delight customers and differentiate the assortment</li>
<li>Partner with warehouse operations to oversee product inspection, quality assurance, and cold&#8209;storage protocols and ensure compliance with standards and reduce spoilage or defects</li>
<li>Conduct competitive market research on assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to identify gaps and opportunities</li>
<li>Produce, present, and translate analytical reports and documentation (e.g. P&amp;L impact, inventory projections, vendor scorecards) to senior leadership</li></ul> 


Key Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3 year+ of experience in procurement grocery, produce, or farming industry (Wholesale or Retail)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of relational databases, and ERP systems</li>
<li>Passion for produce and eagerness to learn more about the industry</li>
</ul>
Nice to have:

<li>BS/BA in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field</li>
