Process &amp; Reporting</b></div><div>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div><div>
6 months+ experience in IT recruitment (freshers with a tech background are encouraged to apply).</div><div>
Strong written and verbal communication skills in <b>English and Malayalam</b>.</div><div>
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.</div><div>
