Key Responsibilities</b></div><div><b>
AI Product Strategy &amp; Discovery</b></div><div>
Collaborate with business leaders, traders, operations teams, and quantitative analysts to understand complex processes and pain points.</div><div>
Identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, evaluating ROI and feasibility across commodities, derivatives, and financial operations.</div><div>
Translate business needs into functional specifications, process maps, data requirements, and user stories for engineering teams.</div><div><b>
Solution Design &amp; Delivery</b></div><div>
Partner with AI engineers and data scientists to define model requirements, validate outputs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.</div><div>
Support end-to-end product lifecycle, including design, prototyping, development, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation enhancements.</div><div>
Maintain detailed product documentation, workflows, dashboards, and operational guides.</div><div><b>
Data &amp; AI Enablement</b></div><div>
Analyze existing systems (ERP, ETRM/CTRM, trading platforms) and datasets to identify high-value inputs for AI/ML applications.</div><div>
Work with teams on <b>prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LLM-based solutions</b>, and other AI/ML initiatives.</div><div>
Leverage analytics to inform product decisions, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.</div><div><b>
Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication</b></div><div>
Serve as a domain expert for commodities trading, hedge funds, or quantitative finance operations.</div><div>
Communicate project status, risks, and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.</div><div>
Actively monitor industry trends, AI advancements, and emerging technologies relevant to financial services and commodities.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What Makes You a Great Fit</b></div><div>
2+ years of experience in <b>technology-led product roles</b>, AI initiatives, or data-driven solution design.</div><div>
Strong understanding of <b>SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software development workflows</b>.</div><div>

Record and review all accounting transactions including receipts, payments, journals, adjustments, and provisions.</div><div>
Ensure accurate classification of income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and accruals.</div><div>
Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation as per applicable standards.</div><div><b>
Banking, Payments &amp; Cash Management</b></div><div>
Execute vendor payments, statutory payments, and employee reimbursements.</div><div>
Plan and manage weekly and monthly payment schedules.</div><div>
Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash positions.</div><div>
Coordinate with banks for operational finance requirements.</div><div><b>
Statutory, Tax &amp; Regulatory Compliance</b></div><div>
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual filings).</div><div>
Compute and file quarterly TDS returns and manage related challans.</div><div>
Handle PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax compliances including monthly filings.</div><div>
Act as the primary point of contact for statutory, tax, and internal audits.</div><div><b>
Import&ndash;Export &amp; Trade Accounting</b></div><div>
Manage accounting and documentation for import and export transactions.</div><div>
Review Bills of Entry, shipping bills, invoices, and packing lists for accuracy.</div><div>
Coordinate with CHAs and logistics partners to ensure compliance and timely clearance.</div><div>
Maintain organized trade documentation for audit and regulatory review.</div><div><b>
Reconciliations &amp; Month-End Close</b></div><div>
Perform vendor, customer, and inter-ledger reconciliations.</div><div>
Follow up on open balances and resolve discrepancies proactively.</div><div>
Support month-end closing including accruals, provisions, and ageing analysis.</div><div>
Ensure books are audit-ready at all times.</div><div><b>
Reporting &amp; Business Support</b></div><div>
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow summaries, and financial snapshots for management.</div><div>
Support budgeting, cash planning, and basic financial analysis.</div><div>
