 About The Role
 
 
 
 WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role administers and/or coordinates various administrative functions.
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintains appearance of lobby, also responsible for opening and closing of lobby.
 </li>
 <li>
 Greets customers, visitors and vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answers &amp; directs switchboard calls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains monthly master phone list.
 </li>
 <li>
 Distributes incoming mail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides support for out e-commerce platform "EASY". Set up user accounts, password reset and troubleshoot login issues with customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains and orders office supplies for the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties and tasks as assigned.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School diploma or GED.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Knowledge / Training
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer Service
 </li>
 <li>
 Phone etiquette.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of company&rsquo;s Business Operation System.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience

 1+ years of related experience.
