Job Summary</b></h4><p>
As a <b>Hotels Operations Executive</b>, you will ensure seamless booking experiences by managing hotel operations, resolving customer and supplier issues, and supporting high-value reservations. The role involves handling queries, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and maintaining strong operational standards across leisure, religious, and corporate travel.</p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h4><ul>
<li><p>
Respond to customer and partner inquiries efficiently and in a timely manner.</p></li>
<li><p>
Manage hotel reservations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds.</p></li>
<li><p>
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to support current and future bookings.</p></li>
<li><p>
Maintain the Operations team&rsquo;s mailbox in line with SLAs.</p></li>
<li><p>
Handle high-value bookings and provide daily updates to premier agents.</p></li>
<li><p>
Coordinate with direct contracting teams and third-party suppliers to resolve last-minute issues.</p></li>
<li><p>
Collaborate with Contracting &amp; Business Development teams on relocations, book-outs, and guest complaints.</p></li>
<li><p>
Notify agencies in cases of incorrect rates or availability discrepancies.</p></li>
<li><p>
Report customer concerns and highlight system issues.</p></li>
<li><p>
Manage offline booking requests when required.</p></li>
<li><p>
Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.</p></li>
<li><p>
Ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.</p></li>

Education &amp; Training</b></h4><ul>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.</p></li>
<li><p>
Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.</p></li>
<li><p>
Excellent business writing and documentation skills.</p></li>

Experience</b></h4><ul>

1&ndash;3 years of experience in one or more of the following:</p><ul>

About this role</b></h3><p>
As a <b>Hotels Loading Executive</b>, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of hotel content and rate loading across our systems. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for maintaining supplier information, updating contracted rates and availability, and supporting the contracting and operations teams with day-to-day data management. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external suppliers.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h3><ul>

Upload supplier information and details into our databases.</p></li>
<li><p>
Upload and maintain contractual agreements in the system according to connectivity type.</p></li>
<li><p>
Upload and maintain hotel rates and inventory updates as assigned.</p></li>
<li><p>
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all loading activities, meeting established targets.</p></li>
<li><p>
Support daily maintenance of supplier information in collaboration with contractors, contract coordinators, and suppliers.</p></li>
<li><p>
Adhere to shift rotations and coverage schedules.</p></li>

Requirements</b></h3><p><b>
Education &amp; Training</b></p><ul>
<li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Tourism Studies or an equivalent field.</p></li>
<li><p>
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.</p></li>
</ul><p><b>
Work Experience</b></p><ul>
<li><p>
0&ndash;3 years of contracting and yielding experience with a Travel Agent (TA), OTA, DMC, or Wholesaler.</p></li>
<li><p>
B2B/B2C contracting experience in the designated destination is preferred.</p></li>
</ul><p><b>
