Weigh to Wellness is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist that is passionate and sincere in their efforts to improving the health and wellbeing of patients.Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal skills! Duties include greeting and servicing patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts. This position requires someone that is able to multitask, focus on the organization of the clinic and ensure the medical environment is welcoming and professional. Must be very compassionate while communicating with patients! Other duties include online and social media inquiries. Must assist with screening calls, responding to emails, receiving shipments, ordering supplies, assuring clinic is always clean and stocked with proper supplies. Entering new patient information, scanning documents, entering charts into EMR, communicating with other medical practices, and maintaining HIPPA compliance while working with medical records.Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Social Media account management / Marketing</li><li>Experience working for a healthcare practice</li><li>High level of professionalism and a great personality</li><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Team player</li></ul>Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:30Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
