Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Develop and manage both long-term and short-term production plans to meet business objectives.</li><li>
Oversee material requirements planning (MRP), resolve exception messages, and ensure accurate order scheduling.</li><li>
Monitor on-time delivery (OTD) performance, identify schedule gaps, and implement corrective action plans.</li><li>
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Sales teams to align with customer demand and dispatch requirements.</li><li>
Prepare annual sales budgets and production forecasts in coordination with SIOP, ensuring targets for production and sales are achieved.</li><li>
Review orders, confirm with customers, and maintain optimal safety stock levels for uninterrupted operations.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).</li><li>
2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in production planning, with strong knowledge of SAP PP.</li><li>
Solid understanding of material planning and scheduling processes.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.</li></ul><div></div><div>
