The People Senior Specialist (Assignment: Employee Relations) leads complex employee relations (ER) work including high-risk investigations, performance management, and involuntary terminations. This role serves as a trusted consultant to leadership, People Advisors, Legal, and Compliance teams, providing expert guidance on policy interpretation, workplace conduct, and risk mitigation. The People Senior Specialist is accountable for supporting fair and consistent corrective action and termination processes, partnering on leave and accommodation-related ER cases, and building ER capability through training and resources.

On the day-to-day, you will:
<ul>
<li>Lead thorough and confidential ER investigations, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace misconduct, and policy violations</li>
<li>Conduct interviews, gather and analyze evidence, and produce clear documentation and recommendations, partnering with Legal and People leadership on high-sensitivity or high-risk matters</li>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expert in performance management, partnering with leaders and People Advisors to improve performance outcomes through coaching, clear expectations, timely feedback, and appropriate support plans</li>
<li>Provide consultation and support for high-risk terminations, including those related to leaves of absence, accommodations, protected activity, investigations, and other sensitive circumstances, as well as support standard involuntary terminations by ensuring consistency, documentation sufficiency, and alignment to policies and best practices</li>
<li>Partner closely with Leave of Absence and Accommodations teams to support ER matters that intersect with leaves, restrictions, or workplace accommodations</li>
<li>Support development and delivery of ER-related training for People Advisors and leaders, including performance documentation, corrective actions, investigations, conflict resolution, and respectful workplace expectations</li>
<li>Use ER case management dashboards and reporting to identify key trends, themes, and emerging risk areas across ER activity, presenting insights to internal stakeholders</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements Include:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree, commitment to obtain a bachelor's degree within three (3) years, or equivalent experience is required</li>
<li>Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in ER</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in both design and execution in ER</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives inclusive of successful change management</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across stakeholders and contexts</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Experience leading multi-disciplined project or process improvement teams</li>
<li>Able to lean into data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to inform and execute on projects</li>

Senior Employee Relations Specialist

WelbeHealth PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides seniors with the opportunity to continue living in their homes and in their communities. Our innovative and comprehensive range of medical services to participants is what ignites our passion to treat the whole person and not just the symptoms! We employ a collaborative interdisciplinary team (IDT) approach to evaluate and guide participant care.

At the direction of the Medical Director, the Primary Care Provider works collaboratively with WelbeHealth Physicians and the IDT to complete assessments, plan primary care, and educate WelbeHealth participants and their families.

This role is different because Primary Care Providers at WelbeHealth:

<li>Serve a smaller patient caseload, providing the opportunity to form long-term relationships with participants and practice true value-based care</li>
<li>Collaborate with other providers, therapists and disciplines as part of the IDT</li>

On the day-to-day, you will:

<li>Provide continuous medical coverage to participants, as well as perform comprehensive in-person assessments including initial, semi-annual, and unscheduled assessments</li>
<li>Collaborate with Physicians and other IDT members to develop participant care plans, oversee and ensure effective care coordination, and arrange discharge planning from acute or long-term settings</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining participant care in skilled nursing facilities and residences, making regular visits as dictated by participant need</li>
<li>Review outcomes and utilization data, including hospitalizations and use of specialists, to establish best practices and policy improvements</li>
</ul>
Job requirements include:
<ul>
<li>Graduation from an accredited school of nursing</li>
<li>Certificate as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority</li>
<li>RN state license</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with frail or elderly populations</li>
<li>Current knowledge of chronic care, geriatric issues, and best practices</li>
<li>Reliable means of transportation</li>
<li>Able and willing to take part in rotating night and weekend call</li>
</ul>

Primary Care Provider, Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Our Health Plan Services team plays a critical role in our participant's journey and our Utilization Management team ensures we can provide timely, quality, compliant, and cost-effective care to our participants. By guiding this team, the Utilization Management RN Supervisor drives the continuous improvement of our care delivery processes.

Essential Job Duties:

<li>Direct oversight of day-to-day operations within the designated UM team</li>
<li>Assist the team in reviewing prior-authorization requests for medical necessity and appropriateness</li>
<li>Identify, develop, and provide orientation and competency development for staff processing and/or reviewing authorizations</li>
<li>Collaborate with providers (internal and external), clinical staff, and others to timely resolve any utilization management issues</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical nursing experience</li>
<li>Strong preference for prior PACE experience</li>
<li>Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated aptitude to mentor and develop team members</li>
