Operate clamp truck and forklift equipment to company standards. Receive rollstock and other raw materials by company procedures. Unload and load trucks and rail cars as necessary. Operate Bander, Hand Bander, and Conveyor Line as needed. Assisting Material Handlers, Shipping Personnel, Clamp Drivers and keeping warehouse organized
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<ul><li>
Work Safely &ndash; report all unsafe conditions and or near misses immediately to your Supervisor.</li><li>
Report any property damage that occurred while you were on the lift, regardless of how insignificant it may seem.</li><li>
Maintain a clean work area &ndash; keep docks picked up, aisle ways clean and swept, bander area clean and empty trash as required.</li><li>
Keep all converting equipment lines full, machines should not wait on product.
</li><li>Able to read and understand the production schedule &ndash; keeps Supervisor informed in advance of issues.</li><li>
Work efficiently, handling bales only once, minimizing any fork lift damage.</li><li>
Cut and remove banding and dunnage for machines as directed</li><li>
Operate and maintain fork truck equipment as required.</li><li>
Perform Fork Lift inspection daily at the beginning of your shift as required by OSHA</li><li>
Communicate all relevant information to oncoming shift prior to leaving.</li><li>
Follow all LOTO procedures for loading and unloading trailers.</li><li>
Process, tag, and store incoming raw materials as required.</li><li>
Inspects all incoming and outgoing product and supplies and document for defects.</li><li>
Inventory and organize finished products.</li><li>
Perform all documentation as assigned, i.e. load verification form.
</li><li>Shred waste materials &ndash; be sure to properly weigh and identify load.</li><li>
Operate plant PC&rsquo;s and appropriate systems to complete assigned tasks.</li><li>
Enter Maintenance Work Requests&ndash; for Safety, Scheduled and Unscheduled tasks as needed.</li><li>
Rework any bales or pallets of finished goods that have been spilled or are potentially unsafe.</li><li>
Work with other Fork Lift drivers as a team and communicate accordingly.</li><li>
Follow plant procedures on tracking waste bales; place all quarantined product into quarantine area.</li><li>
Other tasks as assigned.</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED.</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Prior forklift experience required.</li><li>
Must be able to pass basic forklift and clamp truck training.</li><li>
Ability to read and write English.</li><li>
Ability to read tape measures and perform basic mathematical calculations.</li></ul>

<div>SUMMARY
Work in a production environment following all safety procedures, quality processes and hitting our targeted build rates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<ul><li>
Follow proper safety procedures and processes</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards of the plant</li><li>
Responsible for working as a team with all team members of the facility.</li><li>
Day to day responsibilities may include some or all of the following assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment</li><li>
