 Qualifications And Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have completed (or are in the process of completing) an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
 </li>
 <li>
 Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality
 </li>
 <li>
 A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
 </li>
 <li>
 Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience as a lead in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 The team would love to speak with inexperienced and experienced estheticians/aestheticians with a wide variety of experiences from the beauty industry, resort spa / medical spa, and much more.

 Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, upbeat Esthetician to join our dynamic team at Elements Massage in Crofton, a studio that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and a pleasant, supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and have a strong commitment to delivering a superior guest experience. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their visit.
 
 
 
 
 Duties
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide high-quality skincare treatments to clients, including facials, back facials, eye and lip treatments, chemical peels, hydrating hand and arm treatments, and foot scrubs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer personalized skincare consultations to clients, making recommendations on product usage and treatment plans, including follow-up appointments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Upsell and cross-sell products &amp; services to increase client satisfaction and revenue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sanitize all equipment and treatment areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide exceptional hospitality to every guest, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of client treatments and product usage.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in a variety of skincare treatments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and other spa professionals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with product demos and a deep understanding of skincare products and technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Current licensure as an Esthetician in the state of MD
 </li>
 <li>
 Weekends shifts are required
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Base Pay
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 $25-$30 or more depending on experience, plus tips and commissions
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Total compensation expected $50-$60/hr plus commissions
