 Job Overview

 Dual-role position 1-2 days per week as Esthetician, 2-4 days per week at the Front Desk in a Customer Service &amp; Sales role (Based on studio &amp; employee needs)
 </li>

 Seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to provide esthetic services and deliver outstanding customer service and sales support

 Front Desk $17+ per hour
 </li>
 <li>
 Aesthetics $50-$60 per 1-hr Facial (includes gratuity)

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform facials and skincare treatments following industry standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidently recommend skincare products, ensuring clients understand benefits and contraindications
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow the established sales process to promote and sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong customer loyalty through informed listening and effective communication with new, established, and prospective clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Transform client feedback and criticism into opportunities for exceptional customer service
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Completion of an Esthetics/Aesthetics educational program and a valid license to provide facial services in your state or municipality (or in process of obtaining license)
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for skincare and commitment to delivering excellent client care
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience providing facials in a spa environment is a plus, but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer service experience in a spa-like environment, demonstrating attention to detail, hospitality, and excellent execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with modern office tools; proficiency in scheduling and payment processing systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to create a positive work environment for employees and exceptional experiences for clients
