How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a CV/resume to:muzammil@patientcareclinicalresearch.com929-712-7467Position OverviewOur neurology clinical research site in Snellville, GA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support industry-sponsored neurology clinical trials, including studies in multiple sclerosis, generalized myasthenia gravis, CIDP, autoimmune neurology, and sleep disorders.The CRC will work directly with the Principal Investigator and site leadership to coordinate all aspects of study conduct &mdash; from patient screening and enrollment through study visits, data entry, and regulatory documentation &mdash; in compliance with the protocol, ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and site SOPs.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Recruitment &amp; Study Visits<ul><li>Pre-screen patients from EMR database and physician referrals against protocol eligibility criteria</li><li>Conduct phone outreach, schedule screening and study visits, and manage the visit calendar</li><li>Support the informed consent process and ensure proper documentation</li><li>Perform protocol-required procedures as delegated (vital signs, ECGs, sample collection/processing, questionnaires, rating scale support)</li><li>Monitor, document, and report adverse events to the Principal Investigator</li></ul>Data &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Complete accurate and timely source documentation and eCRF entry (Medidata Rave or sponsor-specified EDC)</li><li>Resolve data queries promptly and maintain audit-ready records</li><li>Maintain subject visit logs, drug accountability support records, and study supply inventory</li></ul>Regulatory &amp; Sponsor Interaction<ul><li>Maintain the regulatory binder / eISF and assist with IRB submissions and renewals</li><li>Participate in site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits</li><li>Communicate professionally with sponsor monitors, CRAs, and vendors</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a health-related or life sciences field, or equivalent clinical experience (MA, LPN, RN, or foreign medical graduates welcome)</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication</li><li>Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications</li><li>Ability to work independently in a small-site environment</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>1+ years of clinical research coordination experience (industry-sponsored trials)</li><li>Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and FDA regulations; GCP certification</li><li>Experience with neurology patient populations or infusion-based studies</li><li>Experience with EDC systems (Medidata Rave), eISF platforms, and IWRS/RTSM</li><li>Phlebotomy and sample processing experience</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Flexible part-time hourly schedule; hours vary based on study visit volume</li><li>Ideal for candidates seeking research experience, supplemental income, or flexible work</li></ul>Why Join Our Team<ul><li>Hands-on role in cutting-edge neurology and autoimmune clinical trials</li><li>Direct mentorship from the Principal Investigator and experienced research leadership</li><li>Growing multi-specialty research network with room for advancement</li><li>Collaborative, physician-led environment</li></ul>Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hourWork Location: In person
