Position Summary:
<ul><li>Amicable personality with focus on positive personnel interactions and customer service satisfaction</li><li>Experience with, and strong understanding of, Windows 11 and desktop hardware including VoIP phones, printers, and accessories i.e., docking stations, monitors, cameras etc. as well as multiple software applications</li><li>Understanding of cellphone operations and cellular plan issuance</li><li>Proficient in the installation, configuration, and deployment of all desktop hardware</li><li>Familiarity with Intune or other Mobile Device Management platforms</li><li>Ability to learn and apply various technology support and implementation methodologies</li><li>Fundamental understanding of networking, including VPN, Wi-Fi, PC imaging, and cabling infrastructure</li><li>Capable of vehicular transport and physical deployment of multiple sizes and types of computer hardware up to 50lbs</li><li>Owner of personal transportation and willingness to travel over 40 miles per day</li><li>Capable of following and executing detailed instructions regarding technology and its deployment</li><li>Attention to detail as it applies to inventory management and record keeping</li><li>Experience in incident and service request tools i.e., Service Desk ticketing applications</li><li>Reliable in terms of following a time sensitive schedule and meeting imposed deadlines</li></ul><ul><li>
Dependable transportation</li><li>
Ability to transport and carry computer hardware to remote sites</li><li>
Strong self-supervision and time management skills</li></ul>
