Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Shape and lead financial, operational, and governance programs that align with corporate objectives.</li><li>
Create a regimen of continuous process improvement, and manage process curriculum, including strategic plans, to drive operational KPIs and OKRs.</li><li>
Drive key operational programs and projects from inception through implementation.</li><li>
Ensure new initiatives are fully vetted, launched, and meet the business&rsquo;s needs and deadlines.</li><li>
Develop and refine frameworks to ensure effective execution of organizational strategies and objectives across multiple business units or functions.</li><li>
Enhance financial systems and processes to support comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.</li><li>
Perform other job duties as assigned.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Required Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
At least 10-12 years related work experience.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
At least 5-6 years people management work experience.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Previous Payer Experience.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Job Expectations:</div><ul><li>
Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.</li><li>
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.</li><li>
Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.</li><li>
Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.</li></ul><div></div><div>
