<p><b>Role Overview</b></p>
<p>The Brand Manager acts as the business owner of the brand in Turkey, responsible for driving sustainable growth, market share, and brand equity.</p>
<p>This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and execution excellence to deliver best-in-class marketing programs and business performance.</p>
<p>The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of consumer-centric growth strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agency partners.</p><br>
<p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<p><b>Brand Strategy &amp; Growth</b></p>
<ul><li>Develop and execute annual brand strategy and marketing plans aligned with regional priorities.</li>
<li>Drive brand equity, awareness, and penetration through integrated campaigns.</li>
<li>Identify growth opportunities based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.</li>
<li>Manage product portfolio strategy including new product launches, renovations, and discontinuations.</li>
</ul><p><b>Marketing Campaigns &amp; Communication</b></p>
<ul><li>Lead the planning and execution of 360&deg; marketing campaigns including TV, digital, social media, influencer collaborations, and retail activations.</li>
<li>Brief and manage creative, media, and digital agencies.</li>
<li>Ensure all communications are aligned with global brand guidelines while being locally relevant.</li><br>
</ul><p></p><p><b>Market &amp; Performance Analysis</b></p>
<ul><li>Monitor brand performance using Nielsen / retail audit data, digital metrics, and sales reports.</li>
<li>Track KPIs including market share, brand awareness, and campaign ROI.</li>
<li>Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior management.</li>
</ul><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p>
<ul><li>Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product availability and retail execution.</li>
<li>Support key retailer initiatives and joint business planning with major accounts.</li>
<li>Coordinate with global teams to align on brand positioning and innovation pipeline.</li>
</ul><p><b>Budget &amp; Financial Management</b></p>
<ul><li>Manage the brand marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation across channels.</li>
<li>Monitor marketing investment and optimize ROI and media efficiency.</li>
</ul><p><b>Innovation &amp; Product Development</b></p>
<ul><li>Lead new product development and launch processes in collaboration with regional and global teams.</li>
<li>Develop strong consumer value propositions and product storytelling.</li>
</ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field</li>
<li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing within FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods</li>
<li>Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with experience using Nielsen or similar market data</li>
<li>Experience working with media agencies and creative partners</li>
<li>Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Fluency in Turkish and English</li><br>

</b></div><p><b>THE ROLE</b></p>
<div>
The Associate Graphic Designer supports the creation and delivery of digital design assets across Wella Company&rsquo;s brand portfolio in support of eCommerce, retailer, and brand-owned platforms. This role focuses on hands-on production and execution, working under the direction of the Manager, eCommerce Graphics to deliver accurate, on-brand digital assets that meet brand and customer requirements.</div>
<p>
This is an entry-level role designed for a designer who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and gain exposure to multi-brand, multi-retailer digital design in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p>
<div><b>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Support the execution of digital design assets using Adobe Photoshop and other established design tools.</li>
<li>Produce digital assets across multiple brands while adhering to brand guidelines and visual standards.</li>
<li>Adapt and resize creative assets to meet retailer, marketplace, and customer-specific specifications.</li>
<li>Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently under guidance from the Senior Manager of Digital Graphic Design.</li>
<li>Ensure all assigned assets meet quality standards, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.</li>
<li>Organize and manage working files according to established naming conventions and processes.</li>
<li>Support the use of design templates and standardized creative systems.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to understand basic content and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Stay aware of digital design trends and evolving platform requirements to support continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>
<ul>
<li><div>2+ years of experience in digital graphic design, including internships or entry-level roles.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent coursework or internship experience.</div>
</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with digital design best practices.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of brand guidelines and digital asset requirements.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction and established processes.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.</li>
<li>Interest in eCommerce, digital retail, or online content design preferred.</li></ul><br>

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles. Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000 salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
