<div>Wellbound CHHA is currently seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator to support our Scheduling Department. This role is critical to ensuring that all scheduling needs are met efficiently while aligning with the organization&rsquo;s operational goals and business objectives.
The Scheduling Coordinator will proactively collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate coordination of healthcare services for our patients.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Coordinate, schedule, and organize the delivery of healthcare services to patients</li><li>
Collaborate proactively with colleagues to support departmental and organizational objectives</li><li>
Manage data entry and electronic scheduling systems (HCHB experience required)</li><li>
Answer phone calls, file documentation, and support electronic transitions</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times</li><li>
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail in all scheduling activities</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent relevant work experience</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Demonstrated professionalism with a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion</li></ul></div>
