As we continue to scale nationally, we&rsquo;re expanding our engineering organization with multiple senior-level .NET opportunities.If you&rsquo;re passionate about secure, scalable, cloud-native systems and want to shape the financial and operational backbone of a fast-growing healthcare fintech, we&rsquo;d love to talk.About the OpportunitiesWe are hiring Senior .NET Engineers across three core teams:Payments EngineeringHelp power Wellfit&rsquo;s payment infrastructure by building secure, scalable financial systems.<ul><li>Expand ACH capabilities, recurring billing, and payment method options</li><li>Enhance card processing workflows (authorization &rarr; capture &rarr; settlement)</li><li>Support device-based payments (e.g., Tap to Pay for iOS)</li><li>Explore modern payment technologies (network tokens, bank verification, digital wallets)</li></ul>Integrations EngineeringBe part of the team that connects Wellfit to the dental ecosystem.<ul><li>Architect and integrate APIs for practice management systems, payors, and partners</li><li>Build robust data pipelines with high availability and fault tolerance</li><li>Improve onboarding and interoperability for thousands of practices</li><li>Develop tools and services that streamline data exchange across platforms</li></ul>Plan Systems EngineeringHelp evolve Wellfit&rsquo;s plan administration platform that supports patients, providers, and employers.<ul><li>Modernize and scale microservices for plan eligibility, benefits, pricing, and adjudication</li><li>Improve throughput and reliability for high-volume plan transactions</li><li>Partner with product to build next-generation plan features and experiences</li><li>Ensure data integrity and compliance across all plan operations</li></ul>Core Responsibilities (Across All Roles)<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain backend services using .NET and Azure</li><li>Integrate external APIs, services, and partner systems</li><li>Apply secure coding practices to protect sensitive financial and healthcare data</li><li>Improve scalability, resilience, and performance across microservices</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product leaders</li><li>Address technical debt and strengthen system reliability as we scale</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline</li><li>4+ years of professional software engineering experience</li><li>Strong proficiency with .NET backend development</li><li>Experience building and deploying in Azure or similar cloud environments</li><li>Ability to integrate external APIs and services</li><li>Understanding of secure coding principles and compliance standards</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Payments industry experience (ACH, cards, settlement, Worldpay, etc.)</li><li>Experience with system integrations or data exchange at scale</li><li>Distributed systems / microservices architecture knowledge</li><li>High-throughput system experience (financial systems a major plus)</li><li>Familiarity with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or network tokenization</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: $130,000 &ndash; $150,000+ (depending on specialization &amp; experience)</li><li>Bonus eligibility</li><li>Full medical, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>401(k) with matching</li><li>Generous PTO</li><li>Hybrid work model (3 days/week in our Dallas HQ)</li></ul>Why Join Wellfit?<ul><li>Your Work Matters: You&rsquo;ll help build the fintech infrastructure powering access to care across the country.</li><li>Build at Scale: Work on modern, cloud-native systems with real transaction volume and real impact.</li><li>Career Growth: Opportunities to work cross-functionally and influence major architectural decisions.</li><li>Fast, Profitable Growth: Join a successful, rapidly scaling fintech with national momentum.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you able to work hybrid on-site in Irving, TX?
