Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Wellfit Plans

As our platform continues to expand in complexity and capability, we&rsquo;re evolving our business analysis function to meet growing technical and operational demands.The Opportunity:We are seeking a Lead Technical Business Analyst (Lead TBA) to serve as the senior-most analyst within our integration team. This is a true technical business analyst role, requiring deep fluency in APIs, system architecture, data integration methods, and software delivery lifecycles. This role will serve as a key partner to engineering, architecture, PMO, and business stakeholders&mdash;driving not only the development of clear, actionable requirements but also leading the end-to-end technical execution of complex initiatives, contributing to process design, documentation standards, and ensuring scalable, well-architected solutions.
