THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking talented and motivated Enterprise Business Development Representatives to join our Client Sales team in Miami, Florida. Please note this is a Hybrid position and requires 3 days onsite in our Miami, FL office.

This role is perfect for a highly motivated hunter who thrives on outbound prospecting, uncovering new business opportunities, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations. If you're passionate about sales and eager to grow into an Account Executive (AE) role, this is your opportunity to develop the foundational skills needed to excel in B2B sales.

YOUR IMPACT
<ul>
<li>Identify and engage complex Enterprise prospects from a defined Book of Business (BoB) via email, phone, LinkedIn, Video, etc.</li>
<li>Strategic outbound prospecting (listening to podcasts, reading the news, reviewing 10ks, etc).</li>
<li>Uncovering complex enterprise opportunities (multiple stakeholders, various buying committees).</li>
<li>Setting the stage for successful high-value sales conversations (building ROI, challenger mindset).</li>
<li>Close collaboration with AEs for smooth handoff of qualified leads.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships through consultative selling, nurturing long sales cycles, and establishing yourself as a thought leader.</li>
<li>Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.</li>
<li>Develop industry expertise to act as a trusted consultant on HR, wellness, and people trends across different sectors and geographies.</li>
<li>Possess strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level stakeholders.</li>

WHO YOU ARE
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of professional experience (not necessarily in sales)</li>
<li>Familiar with or certified in: Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn</li>
<li>Tenacious and goal-driven, you bring a proactive mindset and a passion for driving success.</li>
<li>Insatiably curious, you're driven to ask &quot;why&quot; and seek out new information</li>
<li>Communicative with a polished, consultative, and executive-level presence.</li>
<li>Adaptable: You enjoy learning and embrace change, and are eager to evolve in a dynamic work environment</li>
<li>Coachable: you are hungry for development and want to learn and understand how to become the next top performer on our team</li>
<li>Creative: You are always thinking about new ways of doing things better and faster&hellip;living by the motto: &quot;work harder not smarter&quot;</li>

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $49,129 - $57,387. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

PAID TIME OFF: We know how important it is to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)

PAID PARENTAL LEAVE: Welcoming a new child is one of the most special moments in your life. Take the time to be present and enjoy your growing family. We offer up to 12 weeks 100% paid parental leave to all new parents. For parents giving birth, we offer up to 18 weeks paid leave and a ramp-back period to return part-time while you get settled.
