Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative Brand Video Editor &amp; Content Creative to bring our brands story to life through high-quality video content and other digital edits. This role requires not only technical editing expertise but also a deep understanding of our brand's mission, tone, and visual identity to ensure every piece of content aligns with and amplifies our message.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Video Editing &amp; Production</li><li>Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and on-brand content for social media, website, campaigns, and events.</li><li>Add effects, captions, graphics, music, and transitions that reflect the brand&rsquo;s identity.</li><li>Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.</li><li>Creative Storytelling</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize content ideas that highlight the brand&rsquo;s mission and campaigns.</li><li>Ensure all edits communicate the brand message consistently and effectively.</li><li>Translate campaign strategies into compelling video narratives.</li><li>Brand Alignment</li><li>Maintain visual and stylistic consistency across all edited content.</li><li>Understand and embody the brand&rsquo;s voice, values, and audience expectations in all creative output.</li><li>Proactively suggest edits, styles, or trends that align with the brand&rsquo;s evolving identity.</li><li>Other Creative Edits</li><li>Support in editing graphics, photos, and other digital assets when needed.</li><li>Create templates for reusable content (e.g., IG story layouts, YouTube thumbnails, branded transitions).</li></ul>&#11835;Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).</li><li>Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and brand aesthetics.</li><li>Knowledge of social media content trends and best practices.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team.</li><li>Passion for the brand&rsquo;s mission and ability to translate it into compelling visuals.</li></ul>&#11835;Preferred Skills<ul><li>Motion graphics/animation experience.</li><li>Photography and photo editing knowledge.</li><li>Experience in brand or content marketing environments.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 35 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tuscaloosa, AL 35401
