We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator and Chiropractic Assistant. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and creative marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities for Marketing &amp; Community Outreach<ul><li>Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging and consistent content.</li><li>Create print copy for marketing materials, newsletters, and patient communications.</li><li>Organize and coordinate community events, promotions, and health fairs.</li><li>Establish and maintain community marketing opportunities with local businesses and organizations.</li><li>Develop and contact public leads to expand the patient base.</li><li>Mastermind innovative promotional campaigns to attract and retain patients.</li><li>Execute guerrilla-style marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.</li><li>Follow up with new prospects and expand outreach efforts.</li></ul>Chiropractic Assistant Duties<ul><li>Greet and assist patients with scheduled appointments.</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling.</li><li>Apply therapeutic modalities such as electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, traction, and spinal decompression therapy under the doctor&rsquo;s direction.</li><li>Handle patient cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows in a professional manner.</li><li>Collect payments, verify insurance benefits, and explain patient financial responsibilities based on care plans and financial agreements.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Creativity and enthusiasm for marketing and community engagement.</li><li>Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.</li><li>Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.</li><li>Previous experience in chiropractic, healthcare, or marketing is a plus but not required (training provided).</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Optimal Wellness, you&rsquo;ll be part of a supportive, growth-focused team that values both professional development and community impact.
