 About You
 
 
 
 As a Presence Accounts &amp; Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering award-winning websites that help our clients grow their businesses online. In this role you will own the full delivery cycle of each website - ensuring projects move smoothly from intake to launch, bridging communication across SEO, Design, Development, Customer Success teams and the customer. Through thoughtful coordination, you will ensure every website we launch is not only visually aligned with the brand, but also built to drive engagement, boost conversions, and deliver a seamless customer experience. This is not an entry-level role and requires proven expertise in managing customer accounts, end-to-end website experiences, UX, Project Management, ideally within an agency environment.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Project Coordination &amp; Delivery
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage the entire website delivery timeline - from client intake to final launch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain alignment across Design, Development, and SEO teams by running structured standups, check-ins, and milestone reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate blockers, manage dependencies, and keep all stakeholders, including the customer, informed with clarity and consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track tasks, tickets, and feedback through tools like Jira and Zoho to ensure accountability and velocity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate QA, DNS updates, and launch readiness - confirming all technical handoffs are complete.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Client Communication &amp; Expectations
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the build process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead kickoff and discovery calls to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for production teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular status updates, flag delays early, and deliver polished website delivery presentations at completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate feedback loops between clients and internal teams, ensuring changes are captured accurately and managed within scope.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Operational Excellence
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain dashboards and documentation that support transparency and repeatability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with leadership to refine processes that improve delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure websites meet quality standards (visual alignment, UX best practices, and performance) before client review or go-live.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Technical Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 (Not hands-on &mdash; but must understand the moving parts well enough to coordinate effectively)

 Working knowledge of WordPress + Elementor to navigate builds, verify progress, and QA deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of DNS, domains, MX records, and how they fit into website deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Awareness of SEO fundamentals (page indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema readiness) to facilitate proper team collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with multiple CMS platforms (e.g., Wix, Squarespace) to communicate intelligently with clients using different systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with AI-assisted tools for task management, QA automation, and content summarization.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital or SaaS environment.

 Familiarity with Slack/Teams, and MS365 for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Manage a team of Customer Solutions Specialists across multiple segments (SMB and Mid-Market) and support channels (Phone, Chat, and Email).</li>
<li>Maintain accurate team coverage documentation aligned with individual working hours.</li>
<li>Monitor team efficiency using KPI and Intercom reports, ensuring response times under 2 hours and resolution times within 8 hours.</li>
<li>Ensure high customer satisfaction, with individual CSAT scores consistently averaging 90% or higher.</li>
<li>Regularly review team member scorecards and partner with the Customer Experience Supervisor to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Assess individual performance, providing coaching, development support, and corrective action when necessary.</li>
<li>Roll out new processes to the team and ensure consistent adoption and compliance.</li>
<li>Escalate customer issues promptly to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver weekly performance summaries and productivity insights to senior leadership.</li>
<li>Facilitate weekly team meetings to communicate key metrics, recognize achievements, share updates, and reinforce best practices.</li>
<li>Participate in monthly Team Pakistan meetings to support cross-team alignment and collaboration.</li>
<li>Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to review individual progress, discuss development goals, and follow up on action items.</li>
<li>Complete Quarterly and Annual Performance assessments for all team members</li>
<li>Identify process documentation gaps and draft processes in Confluence for the Senior Manager of Customer Success to review and publish</li>
<li>Leverage ChatGPT daily to work efficiently and effectively</li>
</ul>
Skills & Qualification: 
<ul>
<li>2 or more years in a management/leadership role with 4+ direct reports</li>
<li>Strong comprehension of customer satisfaction KPIs and how they may be leveraged to assess areas for opportunity within each team</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a positive and professional work environment</li>
<li>Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li>
<li>Customer oriented, personable and able to adapt to different types of customer needs</li>
<li>Very strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
