Communications<ul><li>Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across platforms.</li><li>Oversee internal and external communications, including PR and media relations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing guidelines.</li></ul>Digital &amp; Performance: Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to track ROI, patient acquisition, retention, and revenue impact.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical teams, product development, and executive leadership to align marketing strategies with organizational priorities.</li><li>Scalable Systems: Build repeatable workflows, campaign templates, and SOPs that enable the marketing team to operate efficiently at scale.</li><li>Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and elevate talent across content, digital, and creative teams while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.</li></ul>You should bring expertise in these areas and can help to uplevel the team in:<ul><li>Experience: 5+ years in marketing leadership roles, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or consumer brands.</li><li>Skills: Strategic planning, brand management, growth marketing, analytics, and storytelling.</li><li>Tools: CRM platforms, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and performance marketing tools.</li><li>Soft Skills: Visionary leadership, adaptability, strong communication, and a data-driven mindset.</li><li>Style Fit: Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment balancing creativity and compliance.</li></ul>30&#8209;60&#8209;90 Day ExpectationsWithin 30 Days, You&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>Audit current marketing channels, campaigns, and brand assets.</li><li>Align with executive leadership on growth goals and brand priorities.</li><li>Build trust with the team and establish performance benchmarks.</li></ul>Within 60 Days, You&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>Launch updated brand and marketing roadmap.</li><li>Implement campaign tracking, reporting systems, and dashboards.</li><li>Improve efficiency of lead generation and conversion workflows.</li></ul>Within 90 Days, You&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>Deliver measurable growth in key marketing KPIs (leads, conversions, brand reach).</li><li>Roll out at least one major campaign (product launch, awareness campaign, or patient acquisition initiative).</li><li>Be the trusted owner of all marketing strategy and execution at Sears Institute.</li></ul>Work Hours &amp;
