The Phlebotomist performs venipuncture and capillary puncture for blood specimen collection on all facility patients with accuracy and skill, as directed by their supervisor and in accordance with industry standards. Additionally, they conduct bedside test analysis and collect non-blood specimens as instructed to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Overall, the Phlebotomist plays a crucial role in the healthcare system by ensuring proper blood and specimen collection for analysis and diagnosis.</div><br>

<b>Key Responsibilities</b>:
<ul><li>The Phlebotomist performs venipuncture and capillary puncture for blood specimen collection and conducts waived/moderate complexity testing while maintaining instrument QC and preventative maintenance.</li><li>They remain up-to-date on policy and procedural changes, attend continuing education programs, distribute specimen collection supplies, and communicate patient concerns to supervisors.</li><li>The Phlebotomist ensures timely completion of labs, maintains lab records and documents all invasive procedures and patient refusals in patients' medical records.</li><li>They comply with all standard safety policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of patient information while exhibiting excellent customer service and attention to detail.</li><li>The Phlebotomist demonstrates competence to provide developmentally appropriate care and treatment for the current patient population, and works as scheduled, including holidays as required.</li></ul><br>

<b>How you make a difference</b>:

The Clinical Support Trainer is responsible for providing end-user training and technical support for software applications, ensuring users are equipped to utilize these tools effectively. This role involves acting as a conduit for collecting end-user feedback on applications and advocating for their needs and requirements within the region. By facilitating communication between users and developers, the Clinical Support Trainer helps to ensure that software solutions meet user expectations and improve operational efficiency.</div><br>
<br>
<b>Key Responsibilities</b>:
<ul><li>Provide end-user training and technical support for software applications, including creating training materials and user manuals, and training new employees during onboarding.</li><li>
Document support calls, maintain a knowledge base of common problem resolutions, and respond to client issues within timeframes based on the severity of the problem.</li><li>
Develop and maintain implementation materials and processes for software applications, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.</li><li>
Write and maintain functional and technical specifications and operating documentation, while researching operational processes to identify solutions for problem resolution and efficiency improvement.</li><li>
Maintain the confidentiality of inmate information in accordance with CCS policy, facility policy, and professional association standards, and post orders per site contract, if applicable.</li></ul><br>

<b>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b>:

Education</div><ul><li>
Clinical/Nursing Background.</li></ul><div>
Experience</div><ul><li>
3+ years in a Clinical support roll or 2+ years in a Correctional Healthcare Roll. Current knowledge of PC&rsquo;s, Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak and train comfortably, with technical and non-technical users.</li></ul><div>
Licenses/Certifications</div><ul><li>
Must obtain and maintain security clearance.</li></ul><br>
