This role will drive the development, approval, and publishing of fresh, high-impact creative content across digital channels, with a focus on optimizing visibility and brand sentiment in GenAI-powered search platforms. This role is central to Wells Fargo's transformation in AI search, ensuring our content is discoverable, relevant, and competitive across geographies and platforms. 
 
In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Lead projects regarding the creation and rapid deployment of user-focused, high-quality content addressing top search queries (e.g., financial education, product reviews, general info).</li><li>
Collaborate with specialized vendors and internal teams to develop and maintain a coordinated content roadmap, consolidating and optimizing content across all digital properties.</li><li>
Ensure content is fresh, accurate, and aligned with GenAI search trends and platform requirements.</li><li>
Partner with technology teams to future-proof web platforms, ensuring all content is crawlable and responsive for LLMs (Large Language Models).</li><li>
Implement new industry standards (e.g., LLMS.txt tagging) and schema coding for enhanced AI discoverability.</li><li>
Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing</li><li>
Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations, and policies related to marketing</li><li>
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media), digital campaign management, content strategy, or SEO/SEM, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry. or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li></ul>
Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>
Demonstrated ability to leverage marketing and related technologies to drive improvements to marketing outcomes.</li><li>
Proven expertise in GenAI search optimization, content management systems, and web.</li><li>
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.</li><li>
Experience managing third-party partnerships and influencer campaigns is a plus.</li><li>
Understanding of growth marketing principles and marketing technology trends.</li><li>
Experience with financial services industry, products, and services.</li><li>

Sr. Quantitative Analytics Specialist is a partner-facing role and is responsible for delivering high impact analytic and data science projects by using analytics. 
 
AI Innovation &amp; Modeling is the central analytics group tasked with solving high-impact business challenges and standing up cutting-edge analytical capabilities to be shared across Wells Fargo's analytic community.
 
 
We are looking for a high performer to join our team and help us solve challenging and interesting business problems through rigorous data analysis and predictive modeling. 
 
In this highly consultative and visible role, you will support development analytic projects from multiple business lines using various technology and techniques ranging from but not limited to supervised, unsupervised and semi-supervised machine learning, deep-learning, NLP, Gen AI, optimization algorithms in both edge nodes and in big data environments (like hortonworks, MapR, Aster etc.) 
 
In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Perform highly complex activities related to creation, implementation, and documentation</li><li>
Use highly complex statistical theory to quantify, analyze and manage markets</li><li>
Forecast losses and compute capital requirements providing insights, regarding a wide array of business initiatives</li><li>
Utilize structured securities and provide expertise on theory and mathematics behind the data</li><li>
Manage market, credit, and operational risks to forecast losses and compute capital requirements</li><li>
Participate in the discussion related to analytical strategies, modeling and forecasting methods</li><li>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>

Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science</li></ul>

Person would be required to work individually or as part of a team on data science projects and work closely with business partners across the organization.</li><li>
He/she would be developing statistical/machine learning models using various techniques (supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised) and technologies including but not limited to SAS, R, Python, Spark, H2O, Aster etc.</li><li>
Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI models for various banking applications.</li><li>
Engineer effective prompts to optimize model performance and output relevance.</li><li>
