<ul><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and draft monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet).</li><li>Account Management: Oversee General Ledger (GL) accounts, perform reconciliations, and manage fixed assets.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure adherence to GAAP, internal policies, and tax regulations (TDS, GST if applicable).</li><li>Process Improvement: Develop and document accounting policies, strengthen internal controls, and improve efficiency.</li><li>Auditing: Support internal and external audits and tax audits.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting: Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and analysis.</li><li>Mentorship: Train, guide, and review the work of junior accountants.</li><li>Liaison: Act as a key contact for management, auditors, and other departments.</li></ul><ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance .</li><li>Experience: Proven experience, often 3-5+ years in accounting roles.</li><li>Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).</li></ul>Timing- 9.30-8pmJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
