 Role Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide
 
 nursing care at patients&rsquo; homes
 
 , ensuring safety, quality, and dignity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer
 
 IV therapy, injections, wound care, and medication
 
 as per physician orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist patients with
 
 chronic disease management
 
 , rehabilitation, and wellness support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and document
 
 vital signs, progress, and medical records
 
 using Wellxa&rsquo;s digital system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate patients and families on
 
 care plans, medication, and lifestyle management
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and other Wellxa healthcare professionals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strict adherence to
 
 DHA, NABIDH, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines
 
 .
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Valid DHA License
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-savvy with experience using admin dashboards, CRM, HIS, or EMR systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in
 
 homecare, hospital, or community nursing
 
 preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and
 
 patient-centered approach
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations with confidence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Multilingual skills (Arabic, English, Tagalog) are an advantage.
 </li>
