Job Title: Pre-Primary School TeacherDepartment: Academics Reports To: Head Teacher / PrincipalJob SummaryThe Pre-Primary School Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children (ages 2.5 to 5 years) by creating a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment. The teacher supports children&rsquo;s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development through age-appropriate activities and play-based learning.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and conduct daily classroom activities as per the curriculum</li><li>Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, rhymes, and stories</li><li>Use creative teaching methods like games, songs, art, and storytelling</li><li>Foster good habits, discipline, and social skills among children</li><li>Observe and assess each child&rsquo;s progress and maintain records</li><li>Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of students at all times</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding child development</li><li>Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials</li><li>Encourage positive behavior and emotional development</li><li>Participate in school events, celebrations, and meetings</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), ECCE, or D.El.Ed</li><li>Graduation in Education or Child Development (preferred)</li><li>Relevant teaching experience in pre-primary classes (preferred)</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Love and patience for working with young children</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching</li><li>Classroom management skills</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (optional)</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)</li><li>School working hours</li><li>Friendly and child-centric environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
