The Spiral mill has diversified sizes ranging from 24 to 60 inches as outer diameter (OD) and 0.23 to 1 inch as wall thickness (WT), as well as coating and double jointing capabilities, our facilities provide a one-stop solution to valued oil and gas customers in and around the United States.&#8239;The HFW mill is a fully automatic and integrated mill capable of producing pipes ranging in diameter 6 5/8th inch to 20&rdquo; and wall thickness from 0.158&rdquo; to 0.551&rdquo; in. We also believe in investing in our people.Job Summary:Millwrights are responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment, mainly conveyor machines. They will also perform some work on the building's maintenance such as door, HVAC and rooftop fans.MUST have related experience with production maintenance (NO Facilities maintenance or equipment mechanics will fit this role).- Industrial mechanic experience on manufacturing machines for production in steel indsutry - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting - Strong knowledge of hydraulics systems and their maintenance - especially conveyors - Familiarity with HVAC systems and their repair - (PLCs) is a plus- Must be skilled in many construction activities such as plumbing, welding, assembly and some electrical work- Must know how to operate hoists, power jacks, power tools, forklift, man lift, scissor lift, sky track and rigging devices- Responsible for LOTO's- Required to move, assemble and install machinery and equipment such as shafting, precision bearings, gear boxes, motors, mechanical clutches, conveyors and tram rails.- Must have a good understanding of fluid mechanics (hydraulics and pneumatics) to include knowledge of valves, cylinders, pumps, HVAC and compressors.If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you! DutiesMust have &quot;Industrial electrical&quot; knowledge - no residential will be considered!!Electricians at Welspun perform various tasks to ensure the success of plant operations. These tasks may include diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, and using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. They are responsible for the connection of wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.At an advanced level, Electricians are responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment. They periodically inspect equipment, locate and correct problems before breakdowns occur. Advanced Electricians must also be able to read blueprints, which indicate the locations of circuits, outlets, load centers, panel boards, and other equipment.Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician - Proficiency in using hand tools, voltmeter, ohmmeter, and power tools - Knowledge of NEC codes and high voltage knowledge (up to 460 volt) systems - Experience with programmable logic controllers is a plus - Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work in construction sites - Strong background in high voltage systems and commercial electrical work-heavy industrial electrical experience in steel manufacturing (no residential experience will qualify) If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
