The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing the overall design and delivery of commercial interior projects from programming through construction administration, while playing a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships. Perform and oversee field verification and existing conditions documentation</li><li>

Lead construction administration efforts and coordination</li><li>

Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interior design is required</li><li>
15+ years of professional interior design experience, with commercial project leadership</li><li>
NCIDQ Certification is required</li><li>
Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and Bluebeam Revu</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of building codes and industry standards</li><li>
Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>
3D rendering capabilities preferred</li><li>
Experience with InDesign, SketchUp, and Photoshop is a plus</li></ul><p><b>

Salary Range: $93,000-$107,400</p><p>
