Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
As our FSO/ISSM extraordinaire, your job is to unleash your superhuman abilities and manage security compliance at cleared defense contractor facilities while focusing on cybersecurity and authorized information systems. You'll work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the RF and microwave industry. Here's What You'll Be Doing:
Industrial Security (FSO)<ul><li>
Maintain Facility Clearance (FCL) and NISPOM compliance (32 CFR Part 117)</li><li>
Serve as primary interface with DCSA</li><li>
Manage DISS, NBIS, and NISS activities</li><li>
Oversee personnel clearances, visit requests, and reporting (SEAD 3)</li><li>
Conduct self-inspections and support DCSA assessments</li></ul>
Information System Security (ISSM)<ul><li>
Lead RMF-based system authorization (SSP, POA&amp;M, eMASS)</li><li>
Ensure compliance with NIST SP800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012</li><li>
Maintain SPRS score and support CMMC readiness</li><li>
Oversee classified and CUI systems, including lab/test equipment</li><li>
Manage incident response and reporting</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Support<ul><li>
Partner with engineering and IT on secure system architecture</li><li>
Support classified program execution and DD254 interpretation</li></ul>
Requirements:

 Skills &amp; Qualifications You Need:<ul><li>
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance (Secret or higher)</li><li>
Prior FSO/ISSM experience in a cleared facility</li><li>
Experience with NISPOM and industrial security programs</li><li>
Hands-on RMF / ISSM experience in DoD environments</li><li>
Working knowledge of DISS, NBIS, NISS, and eMASS</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
CMMC / SPRS experience</li><li>
Completion (or progress toward) DCSA FSO training</li><li>
Security certifications (Security+, CISSP) Familiarity with lab/test equipment security (e.g., RF test systems, Windows-based instruments)</li></ul>

Overview
Wenzel Associates is a local manufacturer that makes precision electronic parts used in aerospace and defense systems. Our stockroom is where materials and parts are received, organized, and distributed to production teams. We are looking for a motivated high school student interested in learning about inventory control and hands-on operations.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Help organize and label stockroom materials.</li><li>Assist with counting and tracking parts in bins and shelves.</li><li>Support receiving and issuing parts to technicians.</li><li>Keep work areas clean and orderly.</li><li>Work with Excel or barcode scanners to update inventory lists.</li><li>Participate in improvement projects like reorganizing shelves or updating labels.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>High school student (Junior or Senior preferred) or College students (any year)</li><li>Reliable, organized, and able to follow directions carefully.</li><li>Comfortable using computers and Excel.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Interest in learning about manufacturing or supply chain operations.</li></ul>
