Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce WEQ Technologies&rsquo; IT services and generate qualified leads.</li><li>
Understand client requirements and provide relevant service information.</li><li>
Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development / Sales team.</li><li>
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and contact details.</li><li>
Follow up on warm leads through email and calls to ensure timely conversion.</li><li>
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support ongoing campaigns.</li><li>
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.</li><li>
Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality client interaction at all times.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>
2 - 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation (preferably in an IT or Software company).</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Strong ability to handle client objections and build long-term relationships.</li><li>
Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and email outreach tools.</li><li>
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.</li></ul>
