What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
<ul>
<li>Searches, copies, and examines recorded documents that affect title using online search platforms and/or traveling to the Register of Deeds offices to prepare, including but not limited to, title commitments, letter reports, title insurance policies, final letter reports, and invoices</li>
<li>Prepares and issues gap, closing, and final gap searches</li>
<li>
Auditing and proofing title related products, including but limited to, title commitments, letter reports, title insurance policies, final letter reports, and invoices
</li>
<li>Prepares monthly reports for internal and external customers showing market data collected from the county Register of Deeds Offices
</li>
<li>Back up support for Title Assistant position when needed
</li>
<li>Back up support for Title Researcher position when needed
</li>
<li>Back up support for Inspections and Construction Draw processing when needed
</li>
</ul>What You&rsquo;ll Need to Be Successful:
<ul>
<li>This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in customer service</li>
<li>Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required</li>
<li>A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential in the teller role</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills are required</li>

What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
<ul>
<li>Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner</li>
<li>Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of Teller transactions</li>
<li>Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts, individual retirement, health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts)</li>
<li>Provide savings, loan, and other product features, benefits, and information</li>
<li>Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution</li>
<li>Learn to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately</li>
</ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Need to Be Successful:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Proven track record in customer service</li>
<li>Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required</li>
<li>A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required</li>
<li>This includes an every other Saturday rotation.</li>
