Summary:

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety in your work? In this role, you&rsquo;ll coordinate within our unit to support sales and marketing events, assist with lab reporting and process needs, and keep unit operations running smoothly. You&rsquo;ll help deliver great experiences for customers and employees alike while ensuring key tasks and processes stay on track. Some of the work that you will do:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate large-scale sales and marketing events such as Rep Summit, Sales Symposium, VIP events, trade shows, and user group meetings.</li>
<li>Support local and smaller-scale meetings and events, including customer visits, partner/licensee meetings, and team lunches.</li>
<li>Create and maintain bookings and forecast reports, as well as manage sales dashboards and reporting tools.</li>
<li>Provide meeting support through agendas, note-taking, action item follow-up, and presentation coordination.</li>
<li>Assist with lab and process activities such as formatting and reviewing lab reports, order entry, and supply purchasing/inventory.</li>
<li>Contribute to department and unit culture by coordinating birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and team celebrations, along with customer/partner gifts and recognition.</li>
<li>Provide travel support and coordination, manage expense reports and P-card processes.</li>
<li>Support administrative functions, including backing up the front desk, managing employee schedules and contact lists, and maintaining meeting and travel calendars.</li></ul> 


Here are the skills that you need:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education</li>
<li>One or more years of relevant work experience</li>
<li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines in an efficient and effective manner</li></ul> 


Here are the skills that will set you apart:
<ul>
<li>Relevant post-high school training, certification, coursework, or 2 year associates
</li><li>Experience coordinating and/or managing projects</li>
<li>Experience preparing for and/or running events</li>
<li>Knowledge of, or experience with, Sharepoint and/or Business Central</li>
<li>Knowledge of, or experience with, CRM and CLM software tools</li>
<li>Strong customer service orientation</li>
<li>Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Word and Excel</li>
<li>Ability to listen and integrate what is said into final product</li>
<li>Knowledge of or experience with engineering firms or concepts</li></ul> 


Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work at a computer workstation and use a phone for extended periods</li>
<li>Regularly required to move about the office and interact with team members</li>
<li>Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds</li></ul>
