<div><p>As the Supervisor - Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of Business Intelligence Analysts focused on the development of analytics and automated reporting solutions ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. You will work closely and collaboratively across multiple Wesco functional departments.

</b></p><ul><li>Leads a team of business intelligence analysts focused on analyzing problems and capabilities to develop solutions for improved analytic reporting.
</li><li>Oversees the creation and automation of recurring reports to support Wesco with actionable insights.
</li><li>Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI outputs by implementing robust validation and governance processes.
</li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs, define KPIs, and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
</li><li>Drives continuous improvement by evaluating new BI tools and technologies, and recommending enhancements to existing reporting infrastructure.
</li><li>Supports the development of analytic models&rsquo; implementation into business applications.
</li><li>Participates in analytic &amp; reporting projects.
</li><li>Coaches and develops team members through regular feedback, training sessions, and performance reviews to build analytical and technical capabilities.

</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree &ndash; Business Analytics, IS, Data Science, CS, Economics, Statistics, Finance/Accounting, Industrial Engineering required; Masters Degree preferred.
</li><li>2 years required supervisory or team lead role experience.
</li><li>5 years of experience with multiple data formats, data manipulation and data mapping.
</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts.
</li><li>Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards, visualizations, and star schema data models.
</li><li>Advanced SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
</li><li>Strong process and data mapping skills.
</li><li>Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
</li><li>Strong presentation skills and ability to train others.
</li><li>Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
</li><li>Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business, IT, and data teams.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
</li><li>Familiarity with data governance, quality assurance, and documenting best practices.

Supervisor - Business Intelligence

<div><p>As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for executing, driving, and owning assignments through all stages of the development lifecycle to completion. You will document and map requirements to standard application functionality. You will function as a technical expert on complex applications, work assignments, and business problems.
</p><p><b>Responsibilities </b>:
</p><ul><li>Works with project managers, business analysts, content specialists, and digital product owners to understand how business requirements and technical specifications will translate to actual work product across platform.
</li><li>Writes clean, efficient and well-engineered front-end code that can serve as standard of excellence for other team members.
</li><li>Conducts code reviews, mentors other front-end developers and provides guidance on code management, release management, environment management, process flows and documentation.
</li><li>Explores all technical options when considering a solution, including homegrown coding, third party sub-systems, enterprise platforms and existing technology components.
</li><li>Actively leads collaborative efforts through all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and release support.
</li><li>Understands lifecycle of various technology sub-systems that comprise eCommerce platform (i.e., version, release, roadmap), including current capabilities, compatibilities, limitations and dependencies; understands and advises of optimal upgrade paths.
</li><li>Leverages relationships with key IT, QA and other corporate colleagues by communicating and collaborating on cross function initiatives.
</li><li>Develops technical documentation, such as system context diagrams, design documents and release procedures.
</li><li>Leads troubleshooting efforts for production issues of all levels and severities, through a hands-on approach or through delegation, and assigns to third party front-end developers as appropriate and tracks progress.
</li><li>Leads efforts to monitor web properties for uptime, and proactively identify future problems by analyzing trends, data and monitoring reporting.
</li><li>Leads efforts to identify and develop third party vendors selection based on digital roadmap and requirements, including initial research and identification, selection, contributing to contractual discussions and operational efforts.
</li><li>Oversees third party technology partners, including assignments, service level agreements, quality standards, work product and other deliverables as detailed in contractual agreements.
</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, eBusiness, information technology or related field preferred
</li><li>5 years required, 7 years preferred experience in a development role in an enterprise environment with responsibility for the delivery and support of world class technology solutions
</li><li>5 years required, 7 years preferred experience with coding experience in required language, platform, and/or technology.
</li><li>5 years required, 7 years preferred experience developing solutions using modern tools and practices
</li><li>Working knowledge with code management systems
</li><li>Working knowledge with intake and task management tools
