</p><p>As a Manager &ndash; Business Development, you will be responsible for account management for system integrators, contractors, consultants and other accounts associated with the Data Center industry. You will be responsible for creating effective business plans to generate revenue, expand into new markets, and improve customer satisfaction. </li><li>Responsible for retaining and expanding existing company relationships, product lines or market segments, and soliciting new business from prospective customers and suppliers.
</li><li>Oversees development and research activities to build on the Company&rsquo;s strengths, identifies potential new markets and business opportunities and increases market share.
</li><li>Establishes relationships with potential customers. Discusses unmet needs, problems, or complaints, and arranges for meetings with appropriate stakeholders.
</li><li>Calls on existing or prospective customers within framework of business development call program.
</li><li>Represents MaxCell in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, and start-ups in current and new business.
</li><li>Conducts roll out meetings at new, key, and global account customer locations.
</li><li>Leads, develops, and nurtures local implementation teams (LIT).
</li><li>Finds, calculates, and documents cost savings related to direct spend, indirect spend and value add services programs.
</li><li>Creates and implements account business development activities including product gap identification, account discovery process, and engagement.

Business Development Manager - MaxCell

<div><p>As the Wireless Systems Design Engineer (DAS/LMR), you will be the trusted advisor and technical support professional for the Wesco Global Solutions business. The Global Technical Resource Center (GTRC) team uses their extensive experience to provide technical advice, guidance, and support to Solutions Support and Advanced Technology Support teams. The team actively works with and supports ATS engagements with global sales representatives and supports all large, complex, and global opportunities. The team also supports the Corporate Marketing, Supply Chain Solutions and Category Management groups as Subject Matter Experts.
</p><p><b>Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Provide technical expertise and engagement to support GTRC as part of a holistic team strategy allowing the TSS to scale, by supporting core tasks of a project.
