What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Provide hands-on support to residents for personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility.</li><li>
Monitor resident needs and support infection control practices.</li><li>
Help maintain a clean and safe environment.</li><li>
Respond compassionately to residents and work collaboratively with the care team.</li><li>
Demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional care daily.</li></ul>
What You'll Need:<ul><li>
Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required).</li><li>
Clean IDPH background record (required).</li><li>
Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred).</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.</li></ul>
