Job Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth office operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.</li><li>Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.</li><li>Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document proofreading.</li><li>Utilize Google Suite to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and create documents.</li><li>Assist with office management duties to support overall operations.</li><li>Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.</li><li>Understanding medical insurances.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.</li><li>Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with basic clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.</li></ul>If you are a motivated individual for providing outstanding service in an office environment, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity as a Medical Receptionist!
