Cranberry Park Senior Living Facility in West Bloomfield</b> is looking for an amazing Receptionist. The Receptionist is the person that meets and greets our residents daily and asks, &ldquo;What can I do to make your day better?&rdquo; They are responsible for top-of-the-line customer service and hospitality. Assisting the residents, maintaining their safety and well-being.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
This position is part-time and will work every other weekend.</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Shows compassion and tenderness towards the residents and family members.</li><li>
Assist with appointments and extracurricular activities.</li><li>
Address and resolve residents&rsquo; complaints and concerns.</li><li>
Protects resident&rsquo;s confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines.</li><li>
Maintains a clean work environment.</li><li>
Creates and maintains a positive and friendly environment.</li><li>
Encourages residents to participate in activities and outings.
</li><li>Marketing, building relationships with the community.</li><li>
Assisting with care as needed.</li><li>
Assisting and working closely with vendors.</li><li>
Oversite of other departments to ensure expectations are met.</li><li>
Answer multi-line telephone, screen, and direct calls take and relay messages, and provide information to callers.
</li><li>Give tours to potential clients and families.</li><li>
Direct individuals to the correct destination, and deal with queries from the public and clients.
</li><li>Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.</li><li>
Prepare letters and documents, receive, sort, and distribute mail, maintain office filing, and organize meetings.</li></ul><div><br>

Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED.</li><li>
Able to pass a criminal background check.</li><li>
Must be 18 years old.</li><li>
Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of word, excel, calculator, copier, fax, and postage machine.</li><li>
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.</li><li>
A positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift.</li></ul></div>
