Key Responsibilities (What You&rsquo;ll Do)</b></h2><div><ul><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards</b></h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures (including ortho, oral surgery, etc.)</b></h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Take, develop, and process dental X-rays</b></h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation</b></h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care</b></h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols</b></h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Manage operatory flow and support efficiency in a fast-paced environment</b></h2></li><li><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Qualifications</b></h2><div><ul><li>
Active <b>California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license</b></li><li>
Current <b>X-ray certification (CA)</b></li><li>
Coronal polish and sealant certification</li><li>
Current <b>CPR/BLS certification</b></li><li>
Knowledge of sterilization procedures and OSHA compliance</li><li>
Specialty experience (Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Pediatrics) is a plus but not required</li></ul></div><p></p><p><b><br>
