Day to Day:<ul><li>
Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process</li><li>
Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives</li><li>
Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)</li><li>
Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash</li><li>
General office tasks, e.g., filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries</li><li>
Maintain property to West Coast&rsquo;s Clean &amp; Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs</li><li>
Other duties assigned by leadership</li></ul>
What You Will Bring:<ul><li>
Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience</li><li>
Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives</li><li>
Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)</li><li>
Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li></ul>
