You will make an impact by:</b></div><ul><li>
Meeting with students and prospective students to provide information regarding costs of attendance, available financial aid options, and student loan counseling.</li><li>
Reviewing documentation, forms and other information provided by students to ensure accuracy and completeness, update electronic student file appropriately based on information received, and scan documents into Image Now.</li><li>
Reviewing student records to ensure any discrepant or conflicting information is appropriately resolved, and documents same.</li><li>
Reviewing ISIR data to ensure c-codes are appropriately resolved and required verification items are requested, and document actions or resolutions are fully in the student electronic file.</li><li>
Assisting students and parents with directions for requesting FSA User IDs, and online completion of FAFSAs (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), MPNs (Master Promissory Notes), and online student loan entrance and exist counseling.</li><li>
Providing in-person student loan counseling for those who are unable to complete online counseling.</li></ul><div><b>
Your Experience Includes:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum of 1 year&rsquo;s experience as a customer service provider in a professional environment.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate the highest levels of integrity and professional ethics in all aspects of the job function.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills through active listening and delivery of information clearly and effectively.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a professional, helpful, and positive demeanor.</li></ul><div><b>
Education:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited College or University is preferred. Experienced candidates will be considered without a degree provided they have more than 4 years of financial aid experience.</li></ul><div><b>
Licenses/Certifications:</b></div><ul><li>
May not be in default on a federal student loan or owe repayment on a federal grant.</li></ul><div>

Assume complete responsibility for students in clinical facilities.</li><li>
Clarify clinical expectations with students.</li><li>
Clarify student placement and expectations with clinical facility staff.</li><li>
Utilize care planning time to direct students to available resources needed for clinical preparation.</li><li>
Assess student knowledge and skill level to ensure safety and optimal care to patients.</li><li>
Utilize pre- and post- conference to allow students an opportunity to share learned experiences, ensuring clarity of the correlation between weekly theory content with clinical objectives and experiences.</li><li>
Provide feedback of clinical performance immediately after observation of event and of overall performance at midterm and end of semester.</li></ul></li></ul><div><b>
Your Experience Includes:</b></div><ul><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other MS office products as needed.</li><li>
Working with online learning management systems to further engage the student learning process.</li><li>
Compliance with state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, governmental compliance, and other regulatory standards such as state Board of Nursing.</li><li>
Must have a minimum of five (5) year&rsquo;s prior experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care and have a minimum of three years experience in the field in which they teach.</li></ul><div><b>
Education:</b> Education and experience must align with state regulations and comply with the rules and regulations of state authorization agencies.</div><ul><li>
MSN required</li><li>
DNP or PHD required</li><li>
Professional nurse licensure required.</li></ul><div><b>
Compensation is paid per course, depending on education and number of students.</b></div><ul><li>
