Key Duties:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main caregiver, providing support for all activities of daily living.
</li>
<li>Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility needs.
</li>
<li>Maintain patient stability by monitoring weight, vitals, and input/output.
</li>
<li>Communicate any observations of changes in a resident&rsquo;s status to the nursing team.
</li>
<li>Assist nurses and other medical staff with procedures and treatments as needed.
</li>
<li>Ensure resident rooms and living areas are clean, comfortable, and safe.
</li>
<li>Support residents&rsquo; emotional well-being by providing companionship and social interaction.
</li>
<li>Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
</li>
<li>Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
</li>
<li>Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in resident condition.
</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as required.
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Valid CNA license in the state of Florida.
</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred.
</li>
<li>Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, with the ability to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality.
</li>
