Hybrid role - need to live within driving distance of OKC, OK.Key Skills:<ul><li>Report development in IBM Cognos and Infor</li><li>Data querying and reporting (limited programming)</li><li>Experience with financial, gaming, hotel, and health data</li></ul>Core Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and maintain ETL scripts and processes to move and transform data across various database platforms using standard programming languages and enterprise tools.</li><li>Build and optimize database architectures, ensuring performance and query efficiency across multiple platforms.</li><li>Develop, test, and document new or modified scripts, models, and reports to ensure accuracy, maintainability, and user-friendliness.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain metadata models using IBM Cognos Framework Manager to support enterprise-level reporting and analytics.</li><li>Implement appropriate data security practices while ensuring ease of use and accessibility for end users.</li><li>Create intermediate to complex reports and dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources to support strategic business decision-making.</li><li>Convert existing reports to Cognos by reverse-engineering legacy code, identifying appropriate data sources, and building improved report structures.</li><li>Collaborate with business users to gather reporting and dashboard requirements, translating them into actionable specifications.</li><li>Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure adoption of reporting solutions by partnering closely with stakeholders.</li><li>Provide training and documentation for end users on Cognos platform features, functionality, and navigation.</li><li>Act as a liaison between business users and the BI/IT team, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.</li><li>Work in collaboration with the analytics team to support enterprise-wide data and reporting needs.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications:Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Programming, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field (required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, IT, or advanced analytics</li><li>At least 2 years in designing and developing BI reports and dashboards</li><li>Experience with Cognos BI tools (or similar platforms) for building interactive dashboards and reports</li><li>Familiarity with relational and dimensional data modeling, data warehouse design, and integrating external data sources</li><li>Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>Strong understanding of data integration, validation, and transformation techniques</li><li>Ability to communicate BI concepts to non-technical audiences</li><li>Skilled at designing user-friendly dashboards and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders</li><li>Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams</li></ul>Preferred Certifications:<ul><li>IBM Certified Designer (Reports or Multidimensional Reports) or equivalent</li></ul>Other Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to pass a background check and obtain a gaming license if required</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Oklahoma City, OK 73110
